La Fin du Monde

Beer and maps! How can it go wrong? Well, at least its a good start...

Hunter shared this fine cartographic brew from the Grand Nord Blanc. La Fin Du Monde is a strong triple-style golden ale from Quebec, featuring a map of La Belle Province. Tout à fait savoureux! The Beer Advocate has given it an A for outstanding.

It's the end of the world and I feel fine.

That map clearly shows the Quebecois fantasy of Labrador being part of the Province.

I suppose then that Quebec is claiming the rest of Canada too (along with Maine and Michigan).

Pretty big claims for one little beer!

Interesting article tho, thanks. I was not aware of the controversy.

Obviously it depends on personal taste preferences but this is just about my favorite beer. I bring some back from Quebec when I go up there. And yes - the label is awesome!
