Jennifer Collier, of Stafford, England, creates "innovative textiles and craft pieces using natural and found materials". Naturally, I am partial to her use of maps in creating sculptures of shoes and dresses:

Your site is magic. Today I went to the Center for Land Use Interpretation in LA, and bought YOU ARE HERE, Personal Geographies and other maps of the imagination by Katharine Harmon, which led me to your fantastic site. Whew! I make art and I am writing to thank you for the inspiration, bigtime. THANKS!

Your site is amazing. I teach a class called "Personal Geographies" at Sonoma State University. We use the Harmon book as a text. I will definitely be sharing this blog with my students. Thanks for gathering so many amazing cartographies in one place!
