I wouldn't recommend memorizing the song now that some countries have changed.
Specifically, Yakko refers to the whole FSU as Russia with no mention (either on the map or in the song) of say Latvia or Kazakhstan.
On that note, I wonder if you could date the song based on the use of Russia, say after the USSR dissolved but before the full autonomy of the individual soviets as states?
You trying to judge the correctness of a list of countries sung by someone called, "Yakko"?
