I am a fellow cartophiliac and read this blog everyday; great work! As an Irishman (Éireannach) I would just like to point out that the above map is incorrect, the UK does not contain the Republic of Ireland as indicated by this map. Sadly a very common error in maps!!
Yes, I thought of that when I first saw the map.
Rest assured... IF I WAS DRAWING THAT MAP... I would get Ireland correct!
